Most AI-in-UX talks focus on isolated tasks, faster wireframes, automated research summaries, or testing shortcuts, but UX is an ecosystem, not a checklist. This session introduces a full-stack approach to agentic AI, showing how a single UX Agent can connect research, design, and validation through a personalized knowledge base built with the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Attendees will learn to design their own multi-role UX Agent — acting as Researcher, Designer, and Validator — capable of learning from their own assets such as interviews, Figma files, and usability reports. A live demo will show how one agent can synthesize insights, generate wireframes, and run heuristic or persona-based validation within a unified flow.
The session concludes with measurable KPIs proving how integrated, context-aware systems outperform single-purpose tools, reframing AI as a continuous creative collaborator that enhances human judgment rather than replacing it.
