Karolina A. Lovejoy, Ph.D. is an academic researcher, educator, and entrepreneur whose work bridges communication theory, culture, and inclusive learning design. She studies how people from different cultural contexts experience digital environments and educational platforms, exploring how culture, language, and design shape accessible and inclusive learning experiences.
She is an Associate Researcher at CY Cergy Paris University and the founder of Global Start Academy, where she translates research into practice through cross-cultural online and hybrid programs. Her work highlights how going “beyond translation” supports accessibility, inclusion, and meaningful user experiences, and she is actively involved in developing the UXPA Poland community.
