In this talk we discuss the biggest problems that most UX Leaders will face. A UX Leader can be anyone from the manager of a UX team, all the way to a UXer who simply is advocating for UX in a room full of non-UXers at their organization.

Problems include:
– Most companies don’t care about UX (not really).
– Agile processes don’t care about UX (not really).
– UX teams can’t care about the UX (sometimes).
