Growing up I always wanted to become a vampire slayer. When my dreams were inevitably crushed by the low demand for such a career, I had to fall back on my second choice. I started my research career in Social Psychology investigating how an individual’s social environment impacted the way they could think, feel, and behave. I have carried those same curiosities with me to my current position as a Senior Design Researcher at Sam’s Club, now focusing on how people interact with services, products, and tools across a variety of contexts and settings.
This 3-hour hands-on course teaches UX professionals how to co-create accessible user experiences with people with disabilities.
