Joe Lalley is a writer, speaker, and workshop facilitator specializing in innovation and design thinking. They have led workshops for organizations of all sizes across industries and published articles on topics such as curiosity in remote work and improving inefficient meetings. They completed an intensive design-thinking program at Stanford’s d.school, collaborating with peers from major tech companies to redesign an airline’s passenger experience. With leadership experience across media, consulting, and higher education, and work with global brands and mission-driven organizations, they also explore connections between endurance activities and professional growth.
