An avid sneakerhead with over 20 years of digital design experience, Mark Scott is a seasoned UX leader with a passion for customer centricity, research, and building diverse teams that drive business impact and customer value. As Applied Systems’ Director of UX, Mark has engaged in long term strategic and tactical initiatives for the Insurtech leader, building and managing the UX team for the EZLynx product, growing and managing the UX team for Applied Epic core, while spearheading research in the AI, Business Intelligence, and Payment spaces.
